This enabled Sobha Facades and Sobha Modular to enhance their operational efficiency, improve resource utilization, and maintain their reputation for delivering premium solutions in their respective domains.

About:Strata Manufacturing PJSC is a composite aero structures manufacturing facility based in the heart of Nibras Al Ain Aerospace, Al Ain, in the United Arab Emirates, Strata has partnerships with the world’s leading aircraft manufacturers including Airbus, Boeing, and Pilatus.
Challenges:
In order to cover all their internal HR and employees management procedures, multiple applications and systems were in place, which needed additional efforts to maintain; On top of that, many other workflows were still being done through paperwork.
All the above raised the need of having a centralized platform that handles all their workflows in a more flexible structure that provides them a full paperless digital transformation and facilitate their day-to-day operations.

With the support of Ever Business Solutions, the official gold partner of Odoo, Strata implemented a solution based on Odoo ERP, automating their employee central data, recruitment, payroll management and all HRMS business processes, in addition to upgrading the company’s workflows through a fresh and modern user interface.
The newly acquired solution granted the company the ability to control its operations through a centralized system designed to accelerate productivity and reduce cost.

Switch Made Group, based in Dubai, is the GCC headquarter of Switch Made International, based in Lyon, France. Switch Made is a French manufacturer of LED lightings. Switch Made team decided to move to a paperless environment and to handle all their business operations on Odoo with the help of Plennix Technologies. The implementation included accounting system, CRM, Sales, inventory, Purchase and approvals. Automation was key in Plennix Technologies’ implementation, to improve the efficiency and increase the productivity rate. Plennix customized the system and merged the old data from a legacy system to meet the company requirements.
