Met een sterke focus op innovatie en klanttevredenheid biedt het bedrijf betrouwbare oplossingen voor diverse sectoren.Om de bedrijfsprocessen te stroomlijnen en de operationele efficiëntie te verhogen, implementeerde Herac Odoo, met de deskundige ondersteuning van Evato. Dit krachtige ERP-systeem centraliseert cruciale processen zoals voorraadbeheer, orderverwerking, facturatie en klantenbeheer, wat zorgt voor een vlottere en efficiëntere werking.
Evato speelde een sleutelrol in de configuratie van Odoo en de implementatie van de Evato App Partner Selection. Deze applicatie optimaliseert het beheer van klantrelaties en facturatieprocessen door:
- Enkel keuze uit relatiegebonden facturatie- en leveringsadressen – Voorkomt fouten en zorgt voor correcte verzendingen.
- Derde betaler-functionaliteit – Biedt de mogelijkheid om facturatie toe te wijzen aan een andere relatie.
- Automatische selectie van het standaard leveradres – Vergemakkelijkt en versnelt orderverwerking.
Dankzij de samenwerking met Evato en de integratie van Odoo, inclusief de Partner Selection App, beschikt Herac nu over een efficiënt en flexibel systeem. Dit stelt het bedrijf in staat om haar dienstverlening te optimaliseren, klantrelaties beter te beheren en verder te groeien in een competitieve markt.

We have also authorized dealers for a wide variety of plumbing fixtures for your home renovation, with more than 50 brands. We carefully analyzed their business to pinpoint areas of improvement. We provided a hosting solution through the OERP cloud. Moreover, we assisted with set up, implementation, and data migration into Odoo from previous software, with over half a million complex products. We integrated custom modules, further security, and data privacy measures, and assisted with managing operations for multiple companies.
