Le CRM dans Odoo, permet à Darwind d'avoir une vue complète sur les projets et leur évolution. De plus, nous avons pu lier l'application employé au CRM ce qui permet de gérer le staffing de leurs consultants. Le chatter a pour but d'avoir un historique de chaque opportunité.

Le principal défi était de structurer et centraliser la gestion des connaissances internes et d’optimiser l’organisation de leurs événements/webinaires.
