Global Appraisal Tech (GAT) is one of Egypt’s top real estate, machinery, and equipment appraisal companies, headquartered in Cairo, with branches in Alexandria, Aswan, Sohag, the Red Sea, Sinai, and the North Coast.

GAT proudly ranks as the official #1 winner of the national bid to mass appraise over 460 million square meters of the Suez Canal Industrial Zone, covering four major industrial cities and six ports—a national-scale project completed over 26 weeks.
GAT is also honored to serve as the chosen appraisers for Egypt’s two largest national factories: The Egyptian Steel Company in Helwan and the Aluminum Company in Nag Hammadi. Their portfolio includes valuations for some of Egypt’s most significant projects, including resorts, hotels, residential compounds, retail malls, schools, universities, and numerous bank collateral assets.
