Eco Warehouse is a European distributor and client of ours, specializing in sustainable non-food products that contribute to a zero-waste lifestyle, a plastic-free world, and combating food waste. Sustainability and the avoidance of harmful substances are central to their mission. Together with their customers and the brands they represent, they strive for a positive and lasting impact. Eco Warehouse's customers are spread across Europe and range from boutique shops, concept stores, and museum shops to zero-waste shops, outdoor stores, organic supermarkets, and specialized retail chains.
For their operational processes, Eco Warehouse uses Odoo, an integrated ERP system that helps them work more efficiently. Within Odoo, CRM, sales, accounting, webshop management, and inventory management are utilized, among other things. Thanks to this integration, Eco Warehouse can centralize and automate their business operations and better respond to the needs of their customers.
