Each project is structured with defined milestones, Gantt chart timelines, and task-level tracking, enabling project managers to maintain a clear view of schedule adherence, construction progress, and resource assignments across all active developments. Material and labour costs are captured against each project through integrated procurement and timesheet modules, with cost estimates set at project inception and updated as commitments are made, giving management a reliable and continuously refreshed view of project profitability and cost-to-complete.
On the sales side, CRM is configured to manage property leads through a structured pipeline from initial inquiry through to unit booking, with tasks and follow-up activities assigned to sales representatives to ensure every prospect is attended to. Once a unit is sold, installment payment schedules are managed within the system, and customer balances are updated in real time for each property transaction. This gives the collections team accurate visibility into outstanding amounts, overdue installments, and payment history to enable proactive follow-up. Financial reporting is aligned with IFRS standards, ensuring that revenue recognition, deferred income, and receivables are correctly reflected in management accounts and external statements.
