After stretching their existing systems as far as they could, the management team looked for a new end-to-end solution as a platform to grow their business.After much consideration, and overcoming the fact that they had never heard of Odoo, Calibrate visited The Tan Delta team in Sheffield, for a Discovery session and then a demo, followed by several reference calls to existing clients. The solution provided a centralized accounting and reporting system for Telecel’s holding company and its operational entities in DRC and Liberia, with tailored modules for accounting, sales, CRM, helpdesk, inventory, procurement, and data analysis. The system enabled seamless integration with Oracle, automated invoice digitization via OCR, ensured compliance with national depreciation models, and provided a structured budget framework with sub-sections per department. By adopting Odoo, Telecel Global successfully digitized its financial operations, streamlined intercompany reporting, and enhanced decision-making capabilities, ensuring scalability for future growth.
