M&P Courier is one of Pakistan’s leading logistics and courier companies, operating through a nationwide network of 160+ locations and providing end-to-end supply chain, warehousing, and delivery services. We successfully implemented a centralized Odoo-based Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Inventory Management System (IMS) to streamline and automate their nationwide operations.The WMS solution was designed to improve warehouse efficiency by managing 1,000+ storage locations within a structured system, enabling better stock organization, faster picking processes, and accurate inventory tracking.
The IMS solution centralized procurement, stock management, requisitions, approvals, and inter-branch transfers across 160+ locations in all over Pakistan with role-based access and user portal functionality.
