CTIAN doet aanbestedingen voor het installeren van glasvezel aansluitingen. CTIAN is zelf gestart met Odoo omdat een van de eigenaar in Zweden bij 2 werkgevers positieve ervaringen had opgedaan. Omdat boekhouding een specialisme is, heeft CTIAN contact gezocht met administratiekantoor Adfyrma, gespecialiseerd in Odoo administraties, om de boekhouding bij haar uit te besteden. Via de Odoo accountancy regeling is de gebruiker Adfyrma gratis toegevoegd aan de betaalde custom Odoo licentie van CTIAN.Ondanks de kennis en kunde van CTIAN heeft zij dooIT gevraagd mee te denken in het optimaal gaan gebruiken van Odoo voor al haar bedrijfsprocessen: inzicht van orderportefeuille (CRM), lopende projecten en via de taken (Projecten, Urenstaten) de status van alle acties per project en die ook delen met derden cq opdrachtgevers, facturatie van opgeleverde termijnen en rapportage.
