Group Slabbinck maakte de overstap naar Odoo vanuit een wijziging in hun boekhoudpakket. Ze kozen ervoor om meteen verder te bouwen op deze nieuwe basis door aankoop, inkoop en CRM te integreren in dezelfde omgeving. Door deze processen te centraliseren in Odoo ontstaat één duidelijk systeem waarin offertes, aankopen, contacten, boekhouding en opvolging samenkomen. Het zorgt voor meer transparantie tussen de verschillende bedrijven binnen de groep en een efficiëntere administratie.
