What Oakland is going to do for them?
We are implementing a full-suite Odoo ERP solution for Tarahum Charity Foundation to streamline and digitize their internal operations and public-facing services. This includes a fully advanced HRMS covering employee records, recruitment workflows, time-off management, payroll processing with WPS compliance, and document tracking. In addition, we are deploying a centralized donation management system to handle donor contributions, beneficiary records, and financial tracking. The solution also includes a custom-designed Odoo website with online donation capabilities, allowing real-time tracking, transparency, and automated reporting to support Tarahum’s mission more effectively.

The solution was designed to streamline and optimize their internal operations across multiple domains, including sales, purchasing, inventory, kitchen management, projects, advanced HRMS, and accounting. By simplifying and automating order management and invoicing, the sales process became more efficient and client interactions improved. Procurement processes were optimized to ensure cost-effective and timely resource acquisition, while inventory management was enhanced with better stock tracking and reduced wastage.
For kitchen management, a dedicated module was developed to oversee operations from ingredient sourcing to meal preparation, ensuring quality and efficiency. Project management capabilities were improved with tools for tracking, resource allocation, and timeline adherence, while the advanced HRMS streamlined recruitment, attendance, payroll, and performance management, specifically addressing the needs of a remote workforce. Additionally, the accounting system automated financial workflows and seamlessly integrated with other operations, ensuring compliance with financial standards.
