APPSGATE implemented the Odoo Educational Management System for the university, integrating features like Admission Management, Timetable Management, and Attendance Tracking, streamlining academic processes. The Student Portal provides easy access to academic records, grades, and exam results, while Exam Management handles scheduling and grading. Additionally, we also implemented the Total Back Office System using Odoo ERP, automating finance, inventory, HR, and procurement processes. This integration boosts efficiency, improves data accuracy, and enhances decision-making for both academic and administrative operations.

In Addition to developing comprehensive Portal & Mobile Apps solution for students, faculty, and employees that streamlines academic and administrative tasks. Students can access academic records, course materials, exam schedules, and communicate with faculty. Faculty can manage courses, track attendance, and grade assignments, while employees can handle payroll, leave requests, and personal updates. By integrating these features into a single platform, the system enhances efficiency, improves communication, and reduces administrative burdens for all users.
