The RTA Parking Space Project in Dubai is a smart mobility initiative focused on optimizing the management and utilization of public parking infrastructure. Designed to enhance urban convenience and reduce congestion, the project required a robust and scalable platform to manage parking space allocation, user access, payments, and real-time monitoring. With a large number of users and parking zones to be managed across the city, a fully integrated digital ecosystem was essential to ensure operational efficiency and a seamless user experience.

To meet these requirements, Transines Solutions implemented a comprehensive parking management solution using Odoo, customized specifically for the project. The system included parking space management, booking, invoicing, and real-time occupancy tracking, along with a dedicated mobile application for live space availability and user navigation. In addition, the solution was integrated with a secure payment gateway to enable smooth online payments, automated billing, and transaction reconciliation. It was also seamlessly integrated with the gate access control system, allowing automated entry and exit based on booking validation, QR code or vehicle identification, and real-time synchronization of parking usage data. This end-to-end integration has significantly improved operational control, reduced manual intervention, and enhanced convenience for end users and field management teams.
