Fresh produce, short shelf live, weekly arrivals and extensive product list became a real bottleneck for Farmer’s Deli holding back growth. The inability to track products by their expiry date meant that waste was becoming an issue. Ordering without information or by manually checking is laborious. The successful on- line shop operated independently from the shop which created a real challenge, especially for the inventory.
eMerge stepped in with Odoo to offer a comprehensive integrated system from ordering to accounting, automating ordering, tracking food products by the expiry date and allowing management to place orders based on retail data. The shop and the online shop will share the same inventory items with real time stock levels and pricing.
The goal is to drastically reduce waste, eliminate repetitive work, share data across all platforms allowing growth and streamlining Farmer’s Deli business.

As a member of Parker Russell International — a global network spanning over 50 countries — the firm combines local expertise with international reach to support businesses and individuals in Malta and beyond.
PRT wanted to streamline communication with their clients ensuring that every communication received is answered in a timely manner and offers visibility of such communication within the team without the need to cc their emails.
eMerge centralised client communication through Odoo Helpdesk. This allowed customers to channel their communication to a department within PRT. With automated rules, tickets are assigned to staff who in turn reply to customers through the same helpdesk.
With Odoo ERP, PRT have been able to reply to all queries received, leaving no message unanswered. Management were able to determine the busiest departments and make business decisions to meet the needs while staff was able to track all the communication about a specific issue.
PRT realised the potential of Odoo and their partnership with eMerge, that they have extended their order to include Accounting, Sales, CRM, Marketing, Website, Project, Timesheet and other apps. Furthermore, PRT started implementing Odoo Accounting for all their accounting and auditing clients. eMerge aims to achieve this by a mix of standard features and customised development was used to fulfil the tasks.
As they set their sights on ambitious growth, their existing setup couldn't keep pace. They needed a platform that could start lean and scale fast — one that unified social media, website management, lead generation, and client communication under a single roof.
eMerge tailored Odoo specifically for the dynamic world of property management. Rather than forcing Rental Manager into an off-the-shelf mould, eMerge configured a bespoke suite of core modules — CRM, Sales, Accounting, Field Services, Social Marketing, Sign, and Website — all working seamlessly together.

As authorised distributors of ZF Marine through Oceans Malta Europe, Sepoy Engineering combines technical expertise with access to quality branded products, making them a reliable one-stop partner for the maritime industry in Malta and beyond.
Sepoy wanted a structured system which would eliminate paperwork and streamline the process from order to invoicing. Inventory needed to be managed and tracked with serial
numbers and allocated to clients. Projects, timesheets,planning, job sheets and delivery notes needed to be streamlined offering a flow to facilitate client invoicing.
To address the challenges of Sepoy Engineering, eMerge implemented various Odoo apps which included Accounting, Sales, Projects, Timesheets, Field Services and Inventory.
This has facilitated Sepoy’s Engineering daily operations, digitised paper work and inventory structured and tracked accordingly.
Their offering extends beyond manufacturing, encompassing design consultation, expert precision fitting, and a white-glove delivery service — making them a complete, end-to-end partner for homeowners and developers seeking quality and character in every detail.
SF Doors wanted to streamline their quotation to installation process by bringing together sales, manufacturing, delivery, installation and accounting into an approved flow. With a mix of own workers and sub-contractors, it was imperative to keep track of the various stages and responsibilities. Inventory was not accounted for on an ongoing basis making ordering a guesswork.
eMerge stepped in to understand the flow and design an Odoo implementation to streamline the various processes and offer a solution to the challenges faced. Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, Field Services, Sales, Purchase were implemented to achieve the required outcome.
SF Doors has drastically improved their quotation, sales and deposit process by digitising the whole process. Inventory is being tracked on a daily basis with real time valuation and re- ordering rules. The delivery and installation process offers full traceability making invoicing easy to follow and recording in the Accounting app.
TMC wanted to build a strong company-wide ERP system with a focus on project profitability, department profitability, project management, manufacturing, fleet management and
maintenance, inventory and an Accounting app which can be used from anywhere, anytime.
eMerge designed an Odoo implementation with a mix of standard features and customised developments to fulfil TMC requirements. The kick-off of the project was the Accounting app to compliment the financial year end.
By the end of the implementation, TMC will have a clear visibility on project profitability. Management decisions will be taken on clear and updated data elevated from departments and projects. Inventory will be tracked and the fleet of heavy machinery regularly serviced as
required.
WDM wanted to streamline the process from timesheet recording to invoicing making sure that all time is billed in a timely manner. This system would eliminate repetitive work, offer an approval system and connect to an accounting application.
eMerge implemented various Odoo modules including Accounting, CRM, Sales, Project, TimeSheet, Helpdesk, Document & Sign to offer WDM a single platform for all their requirements, streamlining their processes and client communication, structuring the data flow and offer flexibility and accountability. A mix of standard features and customised development was used to fulfil the tasks.
With Odoo ERP, WDM were able to become more efficient and utilising more human resources into their core business rather than repetitive tasks. WDM is now looking forward for the introduction of Marketing and Website . Being an Accountancy and Audit firm WDM recognised the potential of Odoo Accounting app which they have decided to use for all their clients.
We wanted a system to complement our specific IT industry tool which would be able to streamline orders, delivery, job sheets, invoicing. We were also looking at updating our website, CRM and marketing.
We moved to Odoo with the Accounting app and progressed quickly to CRM, Sales, Purchase, Projects, Timesheet, Field Services and Helpdesk. We are still harnessing the value of Odoo and Website, Marketing and direct integration with our remote management tool are in the pipeline.
Since moving to Odoo we have further reduced our carbon footprint, increased efficiency and we are offering our clients a clear visibility on the usage of services. We have eliminated bottlenecks and duplication of work when it comes to invoicing. Having a VAT ready report and syncing directly with our banks, we know in real-time our figures too.
