Hi. 
Not totally sure exactly what you are trying to achieve but Studio is able to do the following things:

1. Change the "Invisible" status of a field with a conditional setting that applies to specific user groups
2. Amend the "Access Rights" which allows you to limit the Read, Write, Create and Delete access to the whole model via a group
3. Setup filters which can apply to specific users and allow them to search specific records

If you need to limit each RECORD per user, you will need to use the Odoo "Record Rules".
However this is not possible in Studio currently.  Is there a way to create Record Rules in Studio | Odoo
