We are in the process of moving from Quickbooks to Odoo. We currently use Inventory Planner from Sage to develop inventory forecasts and create purchase orders with our suppliers. Sadly, Inventory Planner does not integrate well with Odoo so we are looking for alternatives. We have reviewed the forecasting capability built into Odoo, however, we are finding it too basic for our requirements. For example, we need a solution that will adjust the forecast for periods of zero stock on hand and also adjust for a peak in sales which are typical for new product releases.

Is anyone using or know of an advanced forecasting tool that works with Odoo?
