Hi there,
i would like to print barcode labels for a Purchase order which consists of 20.000 positions!
How can this be done in Odoo?
Somehow this seems to be a big problem!

Solution:
- Use Inventory → Products → Print Labels module
- Process in batches of 500-1000 labels to avoid timeout
- Or create scheduled action for batch generation
- Or export CSV and use external label software (Bartender/Zebra)
Don't print all 20K at once - Odoo will crash/timeout.

i think! Exporting with csv then using ZEBRA is a good idea to make the label printing work for large batches until odoo switches from wkhtmltopdf to the new papermuncher pdf creator software!
Do you maybe know how to export the relevelant label data from a purchase oder?
e.g. modal fields, reference number, ...

Export Purchase Order Label Data:
Go to Purchase → Orders → Select orders → Action → Export
Key fields to export:
- name (PO reference), partner_id/name (vendor), order_line/product_id/default_code (SKU), order_line/product_id/name, order_line/product_qty, order_line/product_id/barcode
Save as CSV, then import to your Zebra label software.
