ERP solution tailored to the construction industry. The system was designed to centralize and

operations tracking, and cost control. Additionally, the platform was integrated with key external

tools such as WhatsApp for communication and Google Calendar for scheduling, enhancing team

coordination and client engagement.

Odoo was further connected with Accounting, Purchasing, CRM, and HR modules, providing a unified

environment for managing the company’s operations end-to-end. This transformation enabled UGO

Concept to gain real-time insights into project performance, optimize resource allocation, and

significantly reduce administrative overhead. The result was a more agile, transparent, and efficient

project execution process aligned with the company’s growth ambitions.
