Pinoy Street Food
Pinoy Street Food has been serving Filipino cuisine in is‑Suq tal‑Belt since 2019 and expanded in 2026 with BAP, a high‑end Filipino–Korean restaurant. As the business grew, operations became increasingly difficult to manage due to fragmented apps, manual POS‑to‑accounting processes, duplicated work, rising software costs, and limited control over expenditure. These challenges risked escalating with the opening of the second outlet.
The company needed a unified, scalable system to streamline operations across accounting, procurement, HR, inventory, and restaurant services—while preparing the business for multi‑branch growth.
Carabao implemented a full Odoo suite covering Accounting, Purchasing, Inventory, HR, and POS across both locations, and delivered the BAP website—complete with integrated table reservations and job postings—in just a few days. Carabao also rolled out POS and kitchen displays at BAP and began migrating the original stall to Odoo POS. As part of the project, Carabao deployed its own Food & Beverage Odoo Addon to enhance restaurant workflows and industry‑specific capabilities.
With Odoo, Pinoy Street Food’s finance team now manages two locations without additional staff. Procurement is faster and more controlled through automated POs, mobile goods receiving, OCR invoice capture, and three‑way matching. Restaurant operations benefit from an integrated POS-to-kitchen workflow that updates inventory and financials in real time. Recruitment has become highly efficient, handling hundreds of applications through structured workflows. Carabao’s expertise ensured modern, best‑practice processes that support Pinoy Street Food’s continued growth.
