KORYX implemented a tailored Odoo solution for MERF to bring operational discipline and financial accountability to a complex, multi-program NGO operating across Pakistan with a workforce of over 3,000 public health professionals. The organization manages a diverse portfolio of donor-funded and government-operated programs simultaneously, each with its own project budgets, field teams, procurement needs, and reporting requirements, making a centralized, structured ERP environment essential.
Project management is handled through Odoo's project and timesheet modules, allowing program managers to track field activities, campaign execution, and staff time across multiple initiatives, including polio eradication campaigns, dengue prevention drives, nutrition interventions, and WASH programs by location and program type. Planning tools support the coordination of large-scale campaigns, enabling schedulers to align field deployment, resource allocation, and activity timelines across districts and provinces. SRQ & SRP are generated by the system, and budget controls are configured to monitor expenditure against approved allocations and flag variances in real time.
Procurement is managed through structured SRQ and approval workflows, ensuring that medical supplies, field equipment, and operational resources are sourced, received, and recorded in compliance with donor and government reporting requirements. Payroll and HR cover a geographically distributed workforce across multiple programs and locations, with attendance, leave, and compensation managed centrally. The finance module provides accurate, consolidated accounting across all funding streams, supporting the transparency, compliance, and accountability that MERF, government, and international donor partners require.
