Patrimonium Koninklijke Muziekmaatschappij Stadsfanfaren Izegem VZW
De Koninklijke Stadsfanfaren Izegem is een amateur muziekvereniging die concerten organiseert en deelneemt aan wedstrijden. De vereniging bestaat uit 3 orkesten: ‘de beginnersband’ voor beginnende muzikanten, het jeugdorkest ‘Euphonia’ voor de al iets gevorderde muzikanten en de uiteindelijke fanfare die bestaat uit een 65-tal geschoolde muzikanten. De administratie van leden en instrumenten, de organisatie van evenementen, … gebeuren nu via verschillende tools. Door het gebruik van Odoo kan alles in één applicatie worden samengebracht.In de eerste fase zullen de modules ‘website’, ‘subscriptions’ en ‘rental’ worden geïmplementeerd voor respectievelijk het herbouwen van de website, het bijhouden van lidgelden en de verhuur van instrumenten. Daarna is het de bedoeling om via de module ‘email marketing’ het publiek op de hoogte te brengen van wat er allemaal staat te gebeuren en via de module ‘events’ zal de mogelijkheid geboden worden om hiervoor online in te schrijven. De ‘surveys’ module zal dienen om de leden te bevragen over beslissingen die moeten worden genomen. In een latere fase zal ook ‘accounting’ worden uitgerold. Zábava

The implementation included: Accounting, Manufacturing, a fully integrated supply chain workflow from material requisition to purchase management, inventory and warehouse management. The team implemented also a CRM as well as a sales system. Automation was key in this implementation. The system improved the efficiency and increased the productivity rate of the company and its team.
