Bremax, als totaalpartner in gevelisolatiesystemen, is gericht op efficiënt werken en het volledig ontzorgen van projecten van advies tot oplevering. Odoo was al geïmplementeerd, maar in de praktijk liep Bremax tegen de nodige beperkingen aan. De inrichting sloot onvoldoende aan op de bedrijfsprocessen, gebruikers haalden er weinig uit en met name de koppeling met Exact Online voor de externe boekhouder werkte niet betrouwbaar. Dit zorgde ervoor dat het systeem niet het gewenste fundament bood voor de dagelijkse operatie.Liberated IT heeft Bremax geholpen om weer grip te krijgen op het systeem, door eerst stabiliteit aan te brengen en van daaruit gericht te verbeteren. Er is een robuuste integratie met Exact Online gerealiseerd voor meerdere administraties, gebruikers zijn begeleid en getraind, en de omgeving is gemigreerd naar Odoo.sh voor meer flexibiliteit en toekomstbestendigheid. Door deze stapsgewijze optimalisatie beschikt Bremax nu over een Odoo-omgeving die wél ondersteunt wat het moet doen, met daarbij een doorlopende samenwerking gericht op verdere groei en gebruikersondersteuning.
