● Our contribution:
Select Boutiques initially faced challenges with their previous Odoo implementation, which was ineffective in addressing their needs, particularly for stock management, bar and restaurant operations, and cash management. Upon collaborating with AD FINANCE, we successfully provided comprehensive retraining on the implemented Odoo modules, focusing on addressing their key issues. We transitioned their system from Odoo Online to Odoo SH V17, implemented the Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, and POS modules, and provided in-depth training to ensure the system was fully operational. This retraining and upgrade allowed Select Boutiques to better manage their operations, especially in stock management and cash flow, and set the foundation for continued growth and efficiency.

The objective is to make the work of sales teams more efficient by determining a framework for steering and monitoring interactions with customers.
The solution :A centralized CRM that allows us to easily track defaulted borrowers, follow the prospecting of potential customers, track inactive customers, do marketing campaigns via email and SMS.

Their need for integration with their online shop and stock management led them to discover Odoo and see it as the ideal solution, as it being open source was an important factor in their final decision.
