An organization called FBSG collects donated food that would otherwise be thrown out from farms and other businesses, as well as from restaurants and customers.  With Brainvire’s assistance, an Odoo development company integrated the Odoo ERP system to consolidate all of the organization’s inventory activities and keep track of beneficiaries and their orders, donors, and other types of donations, such as food and monetary donations. The Odoo management system handles donor profiles, financial donations, and food donation administration. Also, the app enables a volunteer to input stock, run a stocktake, and handle all picking orders via mobile device—an accounting system for managing the structure of non-profit organizations.
