One Call Fix (OCF) is a UAE-based facility management company delivering maintenance and technical services to residential and commercial clients. To streamline operations and improve service responsiveness, OCF engaged Impliway as its Odoo consultation and implementation partner. A key focus was implementing structured AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) management to monitor renewals, service coverage, and contract profitability.
