Nous avons mis en place un système intégré permettant la gestion des commandes locales et export, un réapprovisionnement dynamique selon le type de commande, la planification de la production et des employés, le suivi d’attendance des 130 employés via une application dédiée sur le floor, et le contrôle qualité intégré.
Résultat : meilleure traçabilité des composants, gain de temps sur les achats, conformité aux normes alimentaires, et reporting de production et ventes en temps réel.
