Dh Foods is a Vietnamese regional specialty spice brand founded in 2012 by CEO Nguyen Trung Dung, who lived and worked in Poland for 30 years. With more than 150 products, including salt, dipping sauces, marinades, natural spices, and rice products.

Challenge: Diversed data, baseless decisions

Before implementing Odoo, Dh Foods operated 4–5 different software and countless manual Excel files in parallel. Although the company had intended to adopt ERP since 2021, solutions on the market were either too expensive or too complex to deploy. Throughout that time, three major problems remained unsolved:

🔴 Fragmented data across departments: Each department operated on a separate system; data was entered manually offline before being uploaded.
