KTC COAL MINING & ENERGY Mineria

KTC Group, one of Singapore’s most established names in earthworks and construction, expanded its footprint into Indonesia’s coal mining sector in 2005 through PT KTC Coal Mining & Energy. As operations grew in scale and complexity, KTC required a digital ecosystem capable of supporting critical mining workflows while remaining fully aligned with the reporting standards of its Head Office in Singapore.

Since 2023, KTC has partnered with HIT Digital Indonesia to modernize and integrate its operational backbone. Through tailored implementations of Odoo 16 covering Maintenance, Inventory, Purchasing, and Accounting Interface, HIT Digital has transformed previously manual and fragmented processes into a centralized, data-driven system. This enables KTC to achieve faster decision-making, higher operational visibility, improved cost control, and a more seamless flow of information across its mining, hauling, and processing activities.

MARITA MAKMUR JAYA Agricultura

Operating in the palm oil industry in Riau, MMJ required a robust digital platform capable of supporting end-to-end plantation and mill operations amid the fast-changing dynamics of the industry. To meet this need, MMJ selected Odoo for its flexible architecture and user-friendly interface enabling the system to adapt smoothly to evolving operational requirements. Through collaboration with HIT Digital Indonesia, Odoo Version 18 was fully customized to cover Accounting, Invoicing, Inventory, Purchasing, Sales, Maintenance, Plantation, and Mills. The system was further integrated with HDI’s custom palm oil application, Elektronik Buku Kerja Mandor (E-BKM), ensuring real-time capture of field production data. This end-to-end integration now delivers real-time visibility, higher data accuracy, and stronger operational control across both plantation and mill operations.

PT Golden Blossom Sumatra

A growing plantation and agribusiness company managing palm oil estates in South Sumatra, GBS operates across the full cycle of nursery, planting, and Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) processing into CPO and kernel. With a total plantation area of 16,170 hectares comprising 7,762 hectares of nucleus plantation and 7,120 hectares of plasma plantation GBS is supported by a Palm Oil Mill with a processing capacity of 90 tons FFB per hour, all strategically located in PALI Regency. Since 2023, GBS has partnered with HIT Digital Indonesia to modernize its estate and mill operations through the implementation of Odoo Enterprise covering Purchasing, Inventory, Sales, and Finance, along with two custom-developed modules Plantation and Mills. This integrated digital ecosystem now enables more accurate, real-time, and data-driven plantation management, strengthening operational control, improving productivity, and building a scalable foundation for long-term business growth.

PT Pama Indo Mining Mineria

PT Pama Indo Mining is a subsidiary operating in the limestone mining sector, delivering mining, hauling, and end-to-end operational support services. As part of its digital transformation, PIM made a strategic move to replace its legacy Elips system with Odoo a more modern, cost-efficient, and user-friendly ERP platform to support its growing operational scale. Since 2022, PIM has partnered with HIT Digital Indonesia to implement and customize Odoo across Accounting, Invoicing, Inventory, Purchasing, Maintenance, and Studio. This tailored ERP ecosystem now enables mining-specific workflow automation, real-time financial visibility, tighter operational control, and scalable performance empowering PIM to operate with greater efficiency, transparency, and business agility.

PT Tiga Pilar Energi is an Engineering & Construction company established to meet the fast-growing and evolving construction market in Indonesia. Backed by extensive experience in commercial operations, project management, and large-scale performance delivery, TPE specializes in Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineering for Power Plants, Industrial Plants, Fertilizer, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, and Mining Plants along with Spare Parts Supply and Maintenance services. Since 2021, TPE has partnered with HIT Digital Indonesia to build a strong digital foundation using Odoo Version 14, covering Accounting, Purchasing, and Inventory modules. Hosted on Huawei Cloud, the system was customized up to 70% to fully support project-based WBS costing delivering higher financial accuracy, tighter project cost control, and significantly improved operational visibility across all engineering and logistics activities.

Quadra Dinamika International Construcció i Renovació

A subsidiary of Liman Group operating in the building materials industry, Quadra Dinamika runs its core enterprise operations on SAP. As the business expanded, the company sought to elevate customer engagement, strengthen sales visibility, and maximize marketing performance through a modern, data driven CRM ecosystem. Through collaboration with HIT Digital Indonesia, Quadra implemented an integrated CRM solution on Odoo Version 18, covering CRM, Sales, Inventory, Helpdesk, Survey, Email Marketing, and Social Marketing. The system captures end to end marketing activities, tracks sales performance in real time, automates incentive disbursement, and is fully synchronized with SAP delivering seamless processes, accurate consolidated reporting, and stronger control over the entire customer lifecycle.

R17 Group is a technology-driven holding company with a growing portfolio across the IT and manufacturing sectors. Prior to its digital transformation, R17 operated without an integrated system.
