Hi

I know it is answered somewhere on the site, but how do the field Workers access the task in the field and report. My guess is they can do it in mobile device but not sure where to find that information about mobile apps (device)

Hi,

I don't know Which Version You are using 

But, In odoo 15 Enterprise Version 

If can create a login credentials for your Field service workers and assign the task

The Assigned task will be shown to them - if they logged in from their mobile 

Even, they can use the Map feature to reach the Location and start the task , Pause and Stop the task with ease and enter the Timesheets.

They can easily fill the Worksheets if you configured and send the Report
