I have purchase a 3rd module from odoo appstore. but over a day I haven't recived any information from odoo or author.
Can you share how long will it take to process these order because iam on a work trip and my boss said i cannot get back unless i got this module and teach everyone to use it.
Please help me
Log on to Odoo.com. In your account you fin the sales order and invoice for your purchase. There is a link to the app store where you can download the app for installation.
You can also look up the app on the app store, and download directly, when you are logged in.
Usually, it gets approved at the same time that the money is debited from your account and you may view the information in the sales order. A download link will be available in the Sales Order. In this instance, I believe you should get in touch with Odoo support and provide the payment details.
it show " Pending, Your online payment has been successfully processed. But your order is not validated yet." . nothing show up in my sales order or invoice
