I've several warehouse in my company but when want to create new warehouse it's show error message can't find any production location. Please help to advise how to solve this.

Go to Inventory->Configuration->Location and search for "Virtual Locations/Production" if not found then it would be archived. So unarchive it first and then try to create new warehouse
