There have been several questions with answers ranging from variants to by products. No solution works for my application.

The scenario is thus:

I have one unit of raw material, say 1000m2 of paper. I run 1000m2 through a CNC cutter that creates three different paper shapes. I know 1000m2 nets me 300pcs of "X", 300pcs of "Y" and 300pcs of "Z." This ratio will not change.

The time is 900 seconds.

When I create a job: I want to run a single MO that creates 300pcs of the three SKUs (900pcs total) where each pc has 1 second of labor cost (900 seconds) associated.

I can start 3 MOs at one time, but the clock stops when I open up the next MO and start that clock. How can I get 3 MOs to run concurrently?

If I can't run 3 MOs concurrently, how do I add qtys to onhand stock w/ labor cost at one time?
