I need to set when i'm click "send by email" button in purchase order, currently default report that is created by odoo is being sent. But i want to set my customized report that is created by me.

hello

Go to menu setting => Technical => email => templates. Find the template "Purchase Order - Send by Email".

open the form view of this template and go to the tab "Advance Settings" and set the your report at field "Optional report to print and attach". So from purchase order when you click "send by email" button your report will be send into mail
