On our Odoo 15 test server, all PDF reports lost their alignment/layout The same reports work correctly on our local environment.

Could someone please list the possible causes for this issue and the recommended solutions?

Got it. Append debug=assets to the URL, then select the 'Regenerate asset bundles' option via the debug icon.

Can you check url in system parameters?

Go to Settings > Technical > System Parameter then search for web.base.url.

Thanks for the suggestion. I already checked the system parameters
web.base.url
report.url
web.base.url.freeze

The issue seems to be elsewhere

check report xlsx installed in test server, Try install report_qweb_pdf_watermark oca modules
