Hello Odoo Community,

I am currently working on a project where I need to enable direct POS receipt printing in Odoo. I have integrated the PrintNode API and configured multiple printers, but I’m facing some issues. Specifically, I’m encountering problems with printing receipts directly from the POS interface to the selected printer(s). I’ve tried various configurations, but I’m still struggling to get it working smoothly.

Has anyone else implemented direct receipt printing with PrintNode or a similar solution in Odoo? Any guidance or advice would be greatly appreciated. I’m open to suggestions, and if someone has already faced and solved this issue, I would love to learn from your experience.

You can use the module below to generate direct prints from your Odoo instance to your local printers. Whether your Odoo is hosted on the cloud or locally, the module works in both cases.

It supports direct printing of:

Your PrintNode printing issues are common. For a quick fix, check out Ultraprint, it eliminates manual printer selection and popup windows.

You can try Omni Print, which also supports printing directly from a PoS and allows you to select the printer from the desktop operating system.
