I would like to have in a POS receipt the total of the invoice to be displayed in two currencies(the main currency as usual and the second currency) Like this:
Coca-cola 330ml------1----1.5 $
Carlsberg beer---------1----3 $
Total(USD)--------------------------- 3.5 $
Total (SOS)-----------------.-------- 38,150 SOS
Also the second their rate read from the pos config rate:- 10900 and currecny is sos how can i do that '

We have analyzed your request regarding the Dual Currency Receipt (displaying Total in USD and Total in SOS) and reading the exchange rate directly from the POS Configuration (e.g., Rate: 10,900).
Findings: This specific workflow—manually setting a fixed exchange rate in the POS Config and displaying a converted summary on the receipt—is not available in standard Odoo. Standard Odoo uses global currency rates and does not print a secondary currency total by default.
The Solution:
To achieve this, You will need to perform a customization for you.
Custom Configuration: Adding a field in your POS Settings where you can manually input the daily rate (e.g., 10,900) and the currency symbol (SOS).
Receipt Modification: Updating the receipt template to automatically calculate and display the "Total (SOS)" based on the rate you set.
