In my production company I am producing to order, no extra stock. I have only one warehouse. Locations can be simplified as WH/Entrance, WH/Shelf, WH/Pre-Production and WH/Post-Production which stock movements should be in this order. I am keeping inventories for all these locations.
Also in production I have multi-step BoM's, which means product A is made of Product B and Product B is made of product C.
For Product A and Product B I have chosen MTO and manufacture as route and for Product C MTO and Buy.
However since my locations are not just WH/Stock I could not be able to customize MTO route.
Can anyone help me what would be the new MTO route and rules shouls be like?

Based on above explanation if product qty available you can start the MRP and after the completion you can deliver the sales order.
