Maybe some one know if there is ready 3rd party module which integrated octopart ( \https://octopart.com ) into odoo 12?

As far as I know there is no app for it. You'll need to create a custom module yourself (or through a partner) I'm afraid.
Octopart just announced an upgraded API that allows you to retrieve much more information than before. This makes it much more useful and valuable to link to Odoo. We are also interested in a 3rd party module.
We are keen on developing a app for it. What would you be interested to see?

I have been spending some time recently on developing module I was asking for.
the simple version of it is now available in app store: https://apps.odoo.com/apps/modules/15.0/octopart_connector/
I am planning to continue and working on the module. New versions will be updated.
