Is there a way to give a customer access to their pricelist so they can view all their available products and their prices?

You can create a specific user group, with read only access, for your customers and enable portal access for them.
It should be tested thoroughly before you implement it though to make sure they cannot see more than you want them to.
Could you provide more information on settings would need to be set? I've been poking around in this section for a while, but I can't really make any more options appear on a customer account.
