i would like to modify the generate ubl xml from  account_invoice_ubl

need to add ubl elements , namespaces, 

example below is the generate lines

2.1 INV/2022/0001 2022-01-05 380 SAR Sample invoice 

i would like to remove  2.1 and 

add  3cf5ee18-ee25-44ea-a444-2c37ba7f28be2021-04-2515:30:00

kindly guide me how to modify and add elements
