The company used a manual reservation system, which caused overlapping rentals and dissatisfaction, with losses of 15% of monthly reservations. The lack of integration between inventory and sales generated availability errors.

Odoo was implemented with the Rental, Inventory and Sales modules, setting up an online portal for direct bookings integrated with real-time stock control. The integrating partner provided training and integrated payment tools to streamline transactions.
