RealAct LLC (NAI RealAct)

NAI RealAct is a Greek real-estate boutique firm, part of the global NAI network since 2013, offering valuation, investment consultancy, tenant representation, strategic advisory, and project-management services to a mix of domestic and international clients. A boutique advisory firm scales on people and reputation; operational overhead is a direct tax on the value-producing work. 

We deployed Odoo for NAI RealAct across CRM, Sales, Purchase, Project, and Accounting. CRM and Sales handle the client-engagement pipeline, Project carries the per-property task tracking and reporting surface, and Accounting sits on our EXN Greek Localization and EXN AADE MyData modules for real-time AADE compliance on every transaction. The differentiating piece is the integration layer: NAI RealAct's listings flow through the Greek online property marketplaces, including Spitogatos and Xrysi Efkeria, and we wired those marketplace surfaces into Odoo through EXN Middleware so listings, leads, and inquiries land directly in the CRM rather than in a parallel inbox. 

The result is one Odoo instance across the firm's commercial lifecycle, from marketplace lead through property-level task tracking to AADE-compliant invoicing, so NAI RealAct's principals spend their time on the deals rather than on the administration behind them.
