The solution included advanced lot tracking and FIFO inventory allocation, integrated manufacturing workflows with lot splitting and production planning capabilities, subcontracting management with component-level traceability, automated commission management, and manufacturing cost controls with overhead calculations. Bista also deployed custom rug pricing calculators, secondary unit-of-measure functionality, credit limit approval workflows, scrap management processes, and integrated shipping operations to provide end-to-end visibility across production, inventory, sales, purchasing, and financial operations. The result was a fully connected manufacturing platform that improved traceability, streamlined production planning, automated key business processes, and strengthened operational and financial control throughout the organization.
