- Managing the franchise subsidiaries where the share holding patterns are different
- Standardizing their quotes
- Calculating the franchise P&L
- Managing/tracking the warranty for the items sold by the franchises
Solution:
All the franchises have been created as subsidiaries with their template for the quotes and all the items of RS global sold are through Odoo. The warranty and all the related details are now managed from the system directly.
