Pain Point: Farmisto Chemicals required tailored reporting, multi-company management, and a unified ERP to handle fragmented sales, accounting, inventory, and HR workflows across multiple entities. Manual processes limited visibility into dealer incentives, sales performance, and inventory tracking, while onboarding new companies posed operational challenges.
Solution: Trionex implemented Odoo ERP with custom reports for dealer and sales staff incentives, customer and inventory ledgers, and region-wise sales analysis. The ERP was extended to onboard Avanzu Chemicals and Fengshou Agrochemicals with fully integrated sales, accounting, purchase, inventory, manufacturing, payroll, and reporting modules, enabling centralized multi-company operations and real-time dashboards.
