Key modules integrated included Accounting—with functionalities for Payables Management, Receivables Management, Fixed Assets Management, Financial Reporting, and User Dashboards. A significant aspect of the project was the seamless integration of the ERP system with CINET’s existing platforms, including the Silver Blade, E-Portal, and HRMS systems, ensuring unified data flow and operational coherence. Furthermore, we executed a critical data migration, transferring a minimum of five years’ worth of historical data from the legacy Great Plains System (MS SQL 2019) to the new Oracle and SQL-based databases. This strategic implementation has fortified CINET’s operational infrastructure, enabling enhanced financial management and supporting its mission to foster a robust credit culture in Kuwait. The Farm began operations in 1961. Kuwait United Dairy Company was formed in 1985 and has become one of the leading dairy companies in Kuwait. The farm produces 35 tons of concentrated milk in winter and 25 Tons in Summer. KUDC workers are highly experienced. The farm imports cows from Germany. Calves born at the farm are delivered by professional veterinarians, who take care of their health by maintaining a special file for every cow since birth. The milking is completely computerized according to the latest farm technologies, and the cows are fed by automatic foragers.Challenges - KUDC wanted to step into the digital transformation by employing the right technology. The multitude of technologies and software utilized for different tasks and modules needed to be integrated into a single entity.
Kuwait Protocol assisted KUDC by implementing a hosting solution through Odoo’s cloud. Additionally, we assisted with setup, implementation, and data migration from previous software into Odoo. We integrated custom modules to best fit their needs. We accomplished this enormous task by combining Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Human Resource and Accounts Odoo ERP modules under a single platform. Moreover, we advised on best practices and provided ongoing comprehensive technical support, including bug fixes, system monitoring, and updates.
