Their accounts team was tired of using old and clunky Sage Accounting software and they came to Odoo looking for a replacement of Sage Line 50 which didn't actually work with multiple currencies and multiple companies properly. When you need special wheels, you turn to Parnells. They started from Odoo Enterprise v10 to simplify and expand their diverse and complex operations. The Odoo apps implemented for Parnells include CRM, Sales, Point of Sale, Purchase, Inventory, and Accounting.They have also integrated their operations with leading online marketplaces like eBay and Amazon using a specialized connector.
They also have future plans to implement additional Odoo applications to further streamline their business as well as employee management.

After carrying out a detailed GAP Analysis of requirements with Smart IT, the Renewell team was able to position CRM, Sales, Inventory management, accountancy, and field services with integrations with their payment portal Splink.
