S pomočjo modula Odoo Manufacturing in Shop Floor smo jim omogočili celovito rešitev. Z digitalizacijo so dosegli preglednost in izboljšali izmenjavo informacij na vseh ravneh proizvodnega procesa.

Digitalizacija in arhiviranje postopkov: Načrt, ki ga pripravi tehnolog, je sedaj digitalno zapisan in v celoti arhiviran v sistemu Odoo. To omogoča enostaven vpogled in ponovno uporabo tehnologije v celoti ali delno.
Pregled nad izvedbo in časom: Delavci na proizvodni liniji imajo preko tablice dostop do vseh navodil. Ob tem lahko beležijo porabljen čas za posamezne operacije. Ta podatek služi kot osnova za natančno poanalizo in primerjavo s predvidenimi časi izdelave.
Hitra povratna informacija in izboljšave: Delavci lahko neposredno v sistemu podajo pripombe na tehnološki postopek. Te povratne informacije so nemudoma vidne tehnologu, ki jih lahko upošteva pri pripravi novih postopkov.

With the help of the Odoo Manufacturing and Shop Floor modules, we provided them with a comprehensive solution. Through digitalization, they achieved transparency and improved information exchange at all levels of the manufacturing process.
Key Features and Results
Digitization and Archiving of Processes: The plan prepared by the technologist is now digitally recorded and fully archived in the Odoo system. This allows for easy access and the complete or partial reuse of the technology.
Real-time Tracking and Time Analysis: Workers on the production line can access all instructions via a tablet. At the same time, they can log the time spent on individual operations. This data serves as a basis for detailed post-analysis and comparison with predicted manufacturing times.
Rapid Feedback and Improvements: Workers can provide direct feedback on the technological process within the system. This feedback is immediately visible to the technologist, who can use it when preparing new processes.
