Advise, please.  I am setting up tennis court online bookings.  There are two price levels (day time, night time); the day prices are Baht 200 per hour, and the night time are Baht 300 per hour (due to turning on overhead LED lights).  How would you set this up on appointments configuration?  I can check the "require upfront payment" in the options tab of the appointments configuration.  When I go to choose the product though in that same configuration, it only allows me to choose 1 product.  Variants will show here, but I can only choose one.  

Does that mean: a) cannot use variants in online appointments, b) I need to set up different products (day booking and night booking) and then assign those products to seperate appointments to make the pricing show clearly when it comes to payment?  I hope my question is clear.   Or, does anybody have a good example of setting this up?  Thank you.
