We are verifying a test database (migrating from Odoo 12 and 13).

Can someone please verify the observed difference between versions is correct:

Odoo 12:

1. Serial numbers shared across companies

2. When creating an inter-company flow, serial numbers and information (field information) attached to serial number is shared across companies. This is similar to having a common contact book.

Odoo 13:

1. Need to re-create the serial number in a different company (for example when receipting based on a PO from one company to another).

2. Serial numbers are now specific to each company and not shared across companies

Seems a fundamental difference?
